Kajigaya P1 Lewis

The children did an amazing job in our Christmas play and showed so much confidence and enthusiasm on stage. They worked very hard to learn their song, actions and lines, and it was wonderful to see them supporting and encouraging each other. I am very proud of how brave and joyful they were and we hope the performance brought lots of smiles to your families. -Lewis

クリスマス劇で子どもたちは素晴らしい演技を披露し、舞台上で自信と熱意にあふれていました。歌や動き、セリフを覚えるために一生懸命努力し、お互いを支え励まし合う姿は感動的でした。勇気と喜びにあふれた彼らの姿に大変誇りに思います。この舞台がご家族の皆様にたくさんの笑顔をお届けできたことを願っています。-ルイス

Kajigaya P2 Josh

I am incredibly proud with how well Preschool 2 class did, both during practice, and on the performance day itself. They proved to themselves how well they can do through their hard work. The Preschool Grade 1 class also did a wonderful job, performing with great enthusiasm. Kindergarten Grades 1 and 2 once again impressed with their confidence and teamwork on stage. Each group gave their best effort, and it was a joy to see how much they have grown. A heartfelt thank you as well to all of the parents who worked so hard on the props; your support played a huge role in making the performance such a success. – Josh

プリスクール2組の皆さんが、練習中も本番当日も素晴らしい成果を上げたことに、私は心から誇りに思います。努力を重ねた結果、自分たちの実力を証明してくれました。プリスクール１クラスも熱意あふれる素晴らしい演技を披露しました。キンダーガーテン1・2クラスの舞台上で見せた自信とチームワークに改めて感銘を受けました。どのグループも最善を尽くし、子どもたちの成長ぶりを目の当たりにできて大変嬉しく思います。また、小道具作りに尽力された保護者の皆様にも心より感謝申し上げます。皆様のご支援が公演の大成功に大きく繋がりました。-ジョシュ

Kajigaya K1 Zach

For this year’s Christmas play, we put on a magical show about two children falling asleep and having to find ornaments in a dreamland in order to decorate the Christmas tree. To say that I was proud of the K1’s performance would be an understatement! They all worked extremely hard memorizing lines, cute actions, and lots and lots of dance moves! A huge highlight for me was their “Got to Go” song/dance that they performed perfectly! I was so impressed with all of their hard work and I can’t wait to see how they will top it next year in K2!!! -Zach

今年のクリスマス劇では、眠りについた二人の子どもが夢の国でクリスマスツリーの飾りを探すという魔法のような物語を上演しました。K1クラスの演技に誇りを感じたという言葉では言い尽くせないほどです！皆、セリフや可愛らしい動き、そして数えきれないほどのダンスステップを覚えるために本当に一生懸命努力しました！特に印象的だったのは、完璧に披露した「Got to Go」の歌とダンスです！彼らの努力には本当に感心しました。来年K2でさらに上を目指す彼らの姿が今から楽しみです！！！　　-ザック

Our Christmas play was a joyful celebration of the season, filled with music, imagination, and the hard work of our students. Through their performance, they shared a story of wonder, kindness, and holiday magic. We hope it brought smiles, laughter, and Christmas cheer to everyone watching, and reminded us all of the joy of coming together during this special time of year. It will also hold a very special memory for all. Especially the ending. -Bill

私たちのクリスマス劇は、音楽と想像力、そして生徒たちの努力に満ちた、季節を祝う喜びに満ちたものでした。彼らの演技を通して、驚きと優しさ、そして休日の魔法の物語が共有されました。観覧された皆様に笑顔と笑い、クリスマスの喜びをお届けし、この特別な時期に集う喜びを改めて思い出させてくれたことを願っています。また、この劇は皆にとって、特にその結末は、とても特別な思い出となるでしょう。-ビル

This year’s Christmas play was a wonderful success. All of the children performed beautifully, showing how hard they worked on their lines and dance moves. Their effort truly came together on stage. We are very grateful to the parents for their support in creating costumes and preparing props—everything looked fantastic. After the performance, it was a joy to see the children sharing candy and taking photos together. We hope future Christmas plays are just as memorable as this one.-Steven

今年のクリスマス劇は大成功でした。子どもたちは皆、台詞やダンスの練習を一生懸命に頑張った成果を見事に披露してくれました。その努力が舞台上で身を結びました。衣装作りや小道具の準備など、ご協力いただいた保護者の皆様には心より感謝申し上げます。全てが素晴らしく仕上がっていました。公演後、子どもたちがキャンディを分け合い一緒に写真を撮る姿を見るのも楽しいひとときでした。今後も今回と同じような、記憶に残るクリスマス劇が続くことを願っています。-スティーブン

What a wonderful Christmas play! The children did an absolutely amazing job, and it was a great success. Everyone put in so much effort to remember their lines and rehearse the dance. I was incredibly proud of each and every one of them, and they should be very proud of themselves, too.
A huge thank you to the parentd too for your fantastic effort in helping to create the sets and costumes. Everyone looked spectacular! It was the perfect way to round off the year and fill us all with the excitement of Christmas. Well done to all our brilliant stars! -Sam

What a magical experience it was for all! From conception, to practice, to songs and dances, props and costumes, every step of the way was a journey of magic for the children, myself, and I hope, the parents too. The children put their real selves into the performances, taking the lead to make each scene work the best it could. Their enthusiasm, confidence, and enjoyment shone through in every line delivered, and in the performance as a whole. For Center Kita, the extra challenge of working with another school, while almost never being able to practice with them, was over come with aplomb. The children were able to help each other, by serving as stand-ins behind the scenes, an aspect of their performance we could only see indirectly. We should be grateful to their efforts and energy, as with them they gave us a truly Magical Christmas Eve! -Jesse

なんて魔法のような体験だったことでしょう！構想から練習、歌や踊り、大道具や衣装に至るまで、その過程のすべてが子どもたち、そして私自身、そして願わくば保護者の方々にとっても魔法の旅でした。子どもたちは演技に本物の自分たちを注ぎ込み、率先して各シーンを最高のものに仕上げようと努めました。彼らの熱意、自信、そして楽しさが、発せられる一言一言に、そして公演全体に輝いていました。センター北校にとっては、他校との共同作業という追加の課題があり、ほとんど合同練習ができない状況でしたが、見事に乗り越えました。子どもたちは舞台裏でスタンドイン（代役）を務めるなど、互いに助け合うことができました。これは間接的にしか見られなかった彼らの演技の一面です。彼らの努力とエネルギーに感謝すべきでしょう。そのおかげで、私たちは本当に魔法のようなクリスマスイブを過ごすことができたのです！-ジエッシー

Our Christmas play was a delightful celebration of the season, filled with music, movement, and holiday magic. The children confidently took to the stage dressed in adorable candy cane costumes, and gave a performance that brought smiles to families and made the holiday season feel extra special. I was so proud of the P1 students! They worked so hard to learn their lines and dance moves. They were very brave and did an amazing job in their stage debut.- Dominique

私たちのクリスマス劇は、音楽や動き、ホリデーの魔法に満ちた楽しい季節の祝祭でした。子どもたちは自信満々にかわいいキャンディケインの衣装を身にまといステージに登場し、家族に笑顔をもたらし、ホリデーシーズンを特別なものにしました。P1の生徒たちをとても誇りに思いました!彼らはセリフやダンスの動きを覚えるために一生懸命努力しました。彼らはとても勇敢で、舞台デビューで素晴らしい仕事をしました。-ドミニック

This year’s Christmas play was a wonderful success. The students performed brilliantly, delivering a heart-warming and enjoyable show, and their hard work during rehearsals truly paid off. Everyone in the audience thoroughly enjoyed the songs and performances. A special thank you must also go to the parents because without their support in creating props and ensuring every child had a beautiful costume, such a fantastic production would not have been possible. -Andrew

The Christmas play was such a wonderful event. All of the kids tried their best in practice leading up to the show. They were excited to spread their Christmas cheer to all of their families. They did an excellent job on the day of the performance as well. It was a perfect end to a great year at school. I hope this year’s play remains as a memorable event that all the children can look back on with glee. -Shane

Our Christmas play was a terrific success. The children gave a great performance. I was very happy with how well they worked together in their scenes. The effort and enthusiasm that they displayed during our practice sessions and rehearsals was definitely evident on the stage. The children were pleased with how they performed, and were all proud of their accomplishment. Everyone understood the story of the play and loved the idea of Christmas magic transforming them. I’m sure that both students and parents will remember the play as a very special holiday experience and wonderful memory. – Matthew
