English Expressの2025年6月のField Tripは品川水族館へ行き、海の生き物をたくさん真近で見てきました。先生たちのコメントをお伝えします。

Kajigaya P1 Lewis

It was my first time going to the aquarium with the school and I was so excited to see my students see all the sea creatures. They all really enjoyed themselves and had lots of fun watching the dolphin show.

学校の行事で水族館に行くのは初めてだったので、生徒たちが海の生き物を見る光景をとても楽しみにしていました。生徒たちはみんな本当に楽しんでいて、イルカのショーも満喫したようです。

Kajigaya P2 Josh

The children had such a wonderful time on our trip to the aquarium! They enjoyed seeing many colorful sea creatures, going through the underwater tunnel to see the sea turtle, and they especially loved the dolphin show. It was truly a highlight! They were so interested in the sights that I’m sure they’d have happily stayed there all day.

子どもたちは水族館でとても楽しい時間を過ごしました！たくさんのカラフルな海の生き物を見たり、水中トンネルを通ってウミガメを見たり、特にイルカのショーが気に入ったようです。特にイルカのショーが気に入ったようです！イルカのショーは本当に圧巻でした！子供たちはとても興味深く見ていたので、一日中いても飽きなかったと思います。

Kajigaya K1 Zach

The Kindergarten 1’s of Kajigaya had an awesome time at the Shinagawa Aquarium for our first field trip of the school year! We saw all sorts of sea creatures and the habitats they live in. A huge highlight was watching the dolphin show and all of their cool tricks! It was a memorable experience to say the least!

梶が谷のK1は、今年度最初の遠足で品川水族館を訪れました！様々な海の生き物とその生態を見ることができました。大きなハイライトは、イルカのショーと彼らのクールなトリックを見たことです！控えめに言っても、忘れられない経験になりました。

Kajigaya K2 Bill

The kids had been anticipating the trip to the aquarium for quite a while. On the day of, all the kids were filled with excitement as they boarded the bus and once, we arrived their eyes were filled with amazement as they walked from one exhibit to another, bursting with questions. But the highlight was the dolphin show. Looking forward to our next visit.

子供たちは水族館に行くのをずっと楽しみにしていました。当日、バスに乗り込むと、子供たちはみんな興奮に包まれ、到着すると、展示物から展示物へと歩きながら、たくさんの質問をし、その目は驚きに満ちていました。でもハイライトはイルカショーでした。次回も楽しみにしています。

Centerkita Preschool P1 Steven

What an unforgettable day at the Shinagawa Aquarium! We saw all kinds of amazing sea creatures—colorful fish, glowing jellyfish, and a curious octopus—as we learned about ocean life together. The penguins and sea otter were a big hit, but the stars of the show were definitely the dolphins. We were all in awe as they leaped through the air, swam like torpedoes, and showed off their impressive tricks. Of course, for some students, snack time on the bus ride home may have been the highlight of the day! A big thank you to everyone who helped make this trip such a fun and memorable experience.

しながわ水族館での忘れられない一日となりました！色とりどりの魚、光り輝くクラゲ、好奇心旺盛なタコ……海の生き物について一緒に学びながら、私たちはあらゆる種類の素晴らしい海の生き物を見た。ペンギンとラッコは大人気だったが、ショーの主役は間違いなくイルカでした。空中を飛び跳ねたり、魚雷のように泳いだり、見事な芸を披露するイルカに、私たちは畏敬の念を抱きました。もちろん、何人かの生徒達にとっては、帰りのバスの中でのおやつタイムが一番のハイライトだったかもしれません！思い出に残る楽しい体験をさせてくれた皆さんに心から感謝します。

Centerkita P2 Sam

We had such a great time at the aquarium and all of the kids were so well behaved. The children enjoyed seeing everything and the highlights were the big amazon fish (some of which were bigger than some preschoolers), the underwater tunnel which we all found amazing and of course the dolphin show at the end of the day. This was my first experience of a day trip with the school and it was such a great experience and I look forward future school events as I’m sure they will be just as fun.

子どもたちは先生の言うことをしっかり聞くことができ、水族館ではとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。すべてを見て楽しみ、特に大きなアマゾンの魚（中には未就学児よりも大きな魚もいました）はその日のハイライトでした。水中トンネルも素晴らしかったです、もちろん一日の最後にはイルカのショーも観覧できました。子供たちとの日帰り遠足は今回が初めてでしたが、とてもいい経験になりました。今後の学校行事もきっと楽しいものになると思うので、楽しみにしています。

Centerkita K1＆2 Jesse

Another wonderful field trip for the Center Kita kindergarten. This time, the trip there and back was more exciting than ever, filled with songs, jokes, laughter and fun. Once we arrived the real adventure began. We delved right into the deeps of the ocean, and the students led the charge, asking question after question, and pointing out creature after creature. Everyone had fun finding the exact fish from their labels, seeing who could spot them first. At last, when it was time for the dolphin show, we discovered that almost everyone in the aquarium was already there. With some quick thinking we snuck down to the basement and found the perfect place to watch the show from below. It was a day full of excitement, friendship, and joy, that we won’t soon forget.

センター北校にとって素晴らしい遠足でした。行きも帰りも、歌やジョーク、笑い、楽しさに満ちた、これまで以上にエキサイティングな旅でした。到着後すぐに冒険が始まりました。生徒たちは次から次へと質問したり生き物を指差して見て回った。展示ケースの前の魚の名前プレートを読んでは水槽の中から該当する魚を探し出し、誰が最初に見つけることができるかを競いました。イルカショーの時間になった時、水族館にいるほとんどの人がすでに観覧席にいることを知り、私たちは観覧席の地下に忍び込み、下から見る絶好の場所からイルカショーを見ました。興奮と友情と喜びに満ちた忘れられない一日となりました。

Utsukushigaoka P1 Dominique

Our trip to Shinagawa Aquarium was great! It was the first time for many P1s to go on a trip without their parents and they did a great job! We saw turtles, giant crabs, and a shark! Everyone had a great time eating lunch and chatting with their friends afterwards!

品川水族館への旅行は素晴らしかったです!多くのP1が親なしで旅行に行くのは初めてでしたが、彼らは素晴らしい仕事をしました!カメ、巨大なカニ、サメを見ました!みんなでランチを食べたり、その後友達とおしゃべりしたりして楽しい時間を過ごしました!

Utsukushigaoka P2 Andrew

P2 students had a fun and exciting trip to Shinagawa Aquarium. We saw some amazing sea creatures and learnt lots about them. All the students were fascinated by seeing such incredible animals and I’m sure it helped to foster their love for the sea and its inhabitants. Some highlights were seeing an octopus changing colour and seeing a sea turtle up close. Many of the students talked about the trip for days afterwards with great fondness. I have no doubt they all look forward to their next visit to the Aquarium.

P2の生徒たちは、品川水族館への楽しくワクワクする旅行をしました。私たちはいくつかの素晴らしい海の生き物を見て、彼らについて多くのことを学びました。学生たちは皆、このような素晴らしい動物を見て魅了され、海とその住民への愛情を育むのに役立ったと確信しています。ハイライトは、タコの色が変わるのを見たり、ウミガメを間近で見たりしたことでした。その後、多くの学生がこの旅行のことをとても懐かしそうに話していました。きっと、次回の水族館への訪問を楽しみにしていることでしょう。

Utsukushigaoka K1 Shane

The Shinagawa Aquarium trip was so fun. The children loved seeing some of their favorite sea creatures, and learning more about them. Everyone looked into the shark tank with a sense of wonder. Eating lunch by the side of the lake was also such a lovely picnic experience. I’m glad we had a chance to travel and experience new things together as a school.

しながわ水族館の旅はとても楽しかったです。子供たちは、お気に入りの海の生き物を見て、それらについてもっと学ぶのが大好きでした。誰もが不思議そうにサメの水槽を覗き込んでいました。湖のほとりでランチを食べるのも、とても素敵なピクニック体験でした。学校として一緒に旅行をしたり、新しいことを体験したりする機会があってよかったです。

Utsukushigaoka K2 Matthew

Our field trip to the Shinagawa Aquarium was an exciting adventure. The students had fun on the bus ride singing songs and playing, “car games”. The aquarium was fantastic. The students had been learning about sea creatures for a few weeks on the Knowledge Board before the trip so they were able to identify many of them on sight. They enjoyed seeing how the jellyfish moved and appreciated the colorful reef fish. We had a sunny picnic lunch and some snacks on the bus on the way back to school. The students definitely had a special day.

品川水族館への遠足は、ワクワクする冒険でした。バスの中で、歌を歌ったり、「クルマゲーム」をしたりして、生徒たちは楽しんでいました。水族館は素晴らしかったです。学生たちは、旅行前の数週間、ナレッジボードで海の生き物について学んでいたので、目で多くの生き物を識別することができました。クラゲの動きを楽しみ、色とりどりのサンゴ礁の魚を鑑賞しました。学校に戻る途中、バスの中で晴れたピクニックランチと軽食を食べました。学生たちは間違いなく特別な一日を過ごしました。
