2025 Summer Campのご案内
2歳4ヶ月～12歳のお子様を対象とし、子ども達がオールイングリッシュの環境でリラックスして楽しみ、新しい友達を作り、新しいことを体験したり、冒険したりと、様々な機会を提供するプログラムです。
Craft、Cooking、Field Trip、GameやRoleplayなど、毎日様々なActivityを用意しております。自然に楽しく実用的な英語を体得する良い機会ですので、お誘い合わせの上、是非、奮ってご参加ください！！

★ 7/28 (月)まで午後クラス (Baby, Afterschool, Pre-Afterschool, Graduate, Advanced) は通常授業がございます。
★ 半期ご契約の延長預かり(Extension)は7/18(金)までとなり、7/22(火)～8/29(金)は対象外となります。

内部生の方を対象に、約20%OFFの￥166,400でご提供いたします。
★お一人で2～4コースをお申込の方はコース参加費10%OFF(除Young①クラス)
★Young①②クラスの受講は内部生に限ります。申込人数が3名未満だった場合は開催しない場合もございます。その場合は、他校同コースへ変更、もしくは返金と致します。
★単発申込は、同コース内2日以上でお申込みをお願いします。
★延長預かり(Extension)は14時まで受講の方を対象に、最長18：00まで縦割り保育でお預かりいたします。事前お申込みで参加費と合わせてお振込みいただける場合は、1時間（500円）単位でお受付けいたしますが、お振込み以降の当日延長預かりは最少催行人数を2名からとし、2時間単位でのお受付けとなります。その場合は現金1,000円をスタッフまでお支払いください。

・参加ご希望の方は7 月2日（水）までに申込書をご提出ください。空席確認後、申込確認書をお渡しいたします。
申込確認書をお受け取り後、一週間以内に参加費のお振込みをお願いいたします。
・締切り間際にお申し込みされた方も、ご入金の締切りは7 月4日（金）と致しますのでご了承ください。
・お振り込み確認後、ご希望の方には正式申込完了の旨をE-mailにてお知らせいたします。
・先着順、定員になり次第締切りといたします。
・各コース単発2日より受付け致しますが、コース（週5日）でお申し込みの方が優先となり、単発でお申し込みの方にはお断りさせていただく可能性もございます。よって単発でお申し込みの方への空席状況のご連絡は、7月2日の申込締切日を待ってからとなります。空席有りの場合は申込確認書をお渡しいたしますので、申込確認書を受け取られましたら、7月7日（月）迄に参加費のお振込みをお願い致します。
・単発でお申込みの方へは空席確認後、申込書ご提出の先着順に空席案内のご連絡を致します。
・人数確定後、7月11日（金）迄にスケジュール等の詳細をお知らせいたします。7月12日迄にスケジュールが届かない場合はお手数ですがご連絡くださいますようお願い致します。

特記事項
- 外出時スクールＴシャツを着用するため、お持ちでない方は1枚1,500円(120、130、140サイズ)、1700円(Mサイズ以上)でご購入ください。
- トイレトレーニング終了済みのお子様のみ受講いただけます。(除、Young①クラス)
- お迎えは指定時間を過ぎますと、最初の15分間は250円、それ以降は単発Extensionと同じ扱いとなり、延長預かり代1,000円を現金で頂戴いたします。
- 昼食はお弁当をご用意ください。ランチオーダーも可能ですが、Regularクラスのみ外出日（火・木曜）は衛生面を考慮しご注文不可となります。月・水・金曜は1食当り￥410（幼児向け）￥520（小学生向け／大人と同サイズ）にてランチのご注文が可能です。Youngクラスの方は全曜日ご注文いただけます。ご希望の方は、ご注文希望日をお申込書にご記入ください。ランチオーダー変更は、営業日内の前日14時までにお知らせください。尚、小学生であっても小食の方は、幼児向け￥410のご注文も可能です。
- Camp代、延長預かり(Extension)代、昼食代、スクールTシャツ代のご入金後の返金は致しかねますので、予めご了承ください。
- 天災時、当校が開講不可と判断した場合は休校となりますが、その場合振替授業及び返金はいたしませんのでご了承下さい。

過去のCampの様子
Summer Camp 2017のテーマは「Pirates（海賊）」でした。プログラムはCampごとに設定されたテーマに沿って構成されます。参加されたお子様達は登園するとたちまち「Pirates」ムードに。楽しく自然に英語の世界に溶け込んでいきます。

★ Afterschool lessons will continue as usual until Thursday, 7/31.
★ For those with half term contracts for Extension, the Extension service will be available until 7/18(Fri.). 7/22(Tue.) ~ 8/29(Fri.) will not be covered.
Weekly Schedule Sample

★Those applying for more than 2 courses are eligible for a 10% discount on the participation fee (Except for Young ① class).
★ Only English Express students are eligible for Young ①, ② classes. These classes will not be available if less than 3 students apply. In that case, we will either move them to the same class at another school, or refund your money.
★More than 2 days in the same course will be required to apply.
★For those staying until 14:00, we will provide an Extension service up until 18:00 in multi-age class. It will be 500 yen per hour, if you apply for Extension in advance with participation in Summer Camp. If an Extension request is placed on the same day (after your payment has been made), a minimum reservation of 2 children is required, as well as a minimum of 2 hours per child, incurring a minimum charge of ¥1,000 per child in cash.

・If you wish to participate, please apply by Wednesday, July 2nd . After vacancy has been confirmed, a
certificate of application will be issued. After you have received your certificate, we ask that you transfer the participation fees within a week.
・For those applying around the deadline date, payments will need to be made by Friday, July 4th.
・Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent if required.
・Application is on a first-come, first-serve basis and will not be accepted after classes have reached the
capacity.
・Although at least 2 days from the same course are required to apply, those who apply for 5 days in a
week will take priority over those who apply for 2 days in a week. Therefore, there will be a possibility that we can’t accommodate your application. After the application deadline of July 2nd, we will confirm availability to those applying for less than 5 days in a week. If there is vacant position left, a certificate of your application will be handed to you and we ask you to transfer the participation fee by Friday, July 4th.
・For those applying for the daily rate, once an available position has been confirmed, we will fill in the position in the order that the application was submitted.
・After the number of students have been confirmed, we will inform you of the schedule and other details by July 11th. If you do not receive these details by July 11th, please contact us.
Payment Method

Note)
1. If you are using Internet Banking, the school’s name should be entered using large katakana characters only.
2. After payment has been confirmed, the application will be finalized.
3. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent if requested.
Important Notices
- School T-shirts must be worn. If you do not have one, please purchase one for 1,500yen. Sizes are available in 120, 130, 140. Adult size M is also available to purchase for 1,700yen.
- Only children who are toilet trained may attend. (Not applicable to young class)
- If parents are late to the designated pick-up time, you will be charged an extended daycare fee of 250 yen if it is within 15 minutes of the pick-up time and 1,000 yen after the 15 minutes, considered as Extension Class.
- For those attending on Monday, Wednesday and Friday please prepare a lunch for your child. School lunch can be ordered for 410yen (for young children) and 520yen (for Elementary school children/the size of adult meal). For children in Regular class, we do not accept orders on the days in which we go out (Tuesday and Thursday) as hygiene is a concern. Children in Young class can order lunch all days of the week. Elementary school students can also order 410yen lunch with smaller portion. If you would like to order lunch, please fill in the requested date(s) on the application form. If you would like to change the order, please let us know by 14:00, a day before the delivery date.
- Please understand that camp, Extension, lunch and T-shirt fees will not be refunded.
- In the case where the school is closed due to natural disaster, the fees will not be refunded.
- Please understand if the temperature is over 31℃ we may refrain from going outside and do indoor activities. However, we may opt to do outdoor waterplay instead.

Scenes of Former Camps
The theme of Summer Camp 2017 was “Pirates”. The program is structured according to the theme set for each camp. The participating children were immediately in a “Pirates” mood as soon as they arrived at the school. Children will be integrated into the English world in a fun and natural way.
